Ordering & Delivery
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, based on product availability.
What is the order cutoff time?
The order cutoff time is 12:00 PM (HST – Hawaii Standard Time), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

What shipping methods do you offer?
- U.S. Standard: USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2-Day
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $150. USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Service (est. 4–7 business days).
- International & Canada: USPS or FedEx (est. 7–14 business days). Additional time may apply for customs clearance.
- FedEx Express: Available at extra cost (No PO Boxes).
What happens if I enter an incorrect address?
Please ensure your address is complete, including any suite or apartment numbers. A $20 reshipment fee may apply for orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Note: Please email us at orders@pacifichd.com as soon as possible if there is a typo in your shipping address so that we can make corrections before the order is shipped.
What if my package is lost, stolen, or delayed?
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Delivery to unsecured locations is at the customer’s own risk.
Carrier delays are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.
Are there any address or payment restrictions?
- Shipping and billing addresses must be within the same region.
- Orders with invalid addresses or incorrect ZIP codes will be cancelled and refunded.
- Payment Verification: Orders may be declined if billing details or regional IP do not match the shipping address. Please turn off VPNs when ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unworn and unwashed merchandise with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Online orders may also be returned or exchanged in-store.
How do I exchange an item?
For online orders only, we offer two ways to process an exchange. Option 1 is highly recommended as it is faster, easier, and more cost-effective.
Place a New Online Order
- Order the correct size/item immediately online.
- Add note at checkout: “Need prepaid envelope for exchange.”
- We include a prepaid return envelope in your new shipment.
- Once we receive your return, we refund the original item cost.
Mail-In Exchange
- Mail the item to the warehouse address below.
- Customer pays shipping both ways.
- A $15.00 reshipping fee invoice will be emailed to you.
- New item ships once payment is confirmed.
Note: Replacements are shipped via FedEx (P.O. Boxes via USPS). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
